Through my own spiritual practice, love of nature, the study of psychic phenomena, and my passion for plant remedies, I've discovered a unique combination of holistic practices that can initiate meaningful transformations in your spiritual well-being too.
As an author, a medium, and a spiritual connections teacher, I offer spiritual training and natural living practices to elevate your spiritual journey.
I am trained in essential oils through the Aromahead Institute, AromaAcupoint Therapy from Tri-State School of Acupuncture in NYC, and studied on a botanical tour through the Peruvian Rainforest. I’ve always felt that plants have spirits and my favorite teaching to share with others is my bestselling “Spirit of Oils” course.
Whether connecting with departed loved ones or navigating life's spiritual complexities, I am committed to assisting you with the utmost integrity.
I live in Dallas, TX, with my amazing husband, son, and a quirky crew of animals. Gardening and nature walks with my baby boy, Moss, in tow are my favorite ways to connect with the physical world.
