Some countries were once occupied by one territory under one government. when that government collapsed, these countries were able to gain independence that they no longer had to follow the rules. However, there have been issues with the newly developed government in these countries where their rights are restricted and would give out harsh punishments that anyone cannot imagine what it's like.
