This is no doubt the most luxurious keto vegan scone recipe. These gorgeous scones taste crossed between British scones and donuts! Need I say more? :)

CHIA SCONES RECIPE
------------------------------------
150g Almond flour
20g chia seeds
2 tbsps stevia powder (or sweetener of your choice)
20g coconut oil
10g baking powder 1 teaspoon
Vanilla extract
A tiny pinch of salt
Water (room temperature)

1. Add all ingredients in a mixing bowl (bar water) and mix thoroughly.

2. Add a tiny bit of water a time and knead into the mixture till it starts to form a dough ball (the bowl should be clean).

3. Divide the dough into two portions and place each portion in the centre of an egg ring. Use a knife and cut a cross shape (x) on top of each dough ball.

4. Bake in 190c (375F)preheated oven for 15-20mins, then remove the egg rings and place it back to the oven for further 10 mins.
Optional: Drizzle chocolate sauce on top and sprinkle with nuts.

CHOCOLATE SAUCE RECIPE
----------------------------------------------
50g cocao butter
1tbsp cocao powder
1.5 tbsp stevia
Vanilla extract

1. Melt all ingredients in a mixing bowl on top of a pot of warm water.

2. Mix well with an egg beater and whisk till creamy.

3. Leave to cool and drizzle on scones or whatever you like!
