The taste from my childhood 🤤the waffle maker in my Amazon list Waffle Rolls with Condensed Milk
Ingredients:
1. 5 Eggs
2. Butter 350 g
3. Sugar 200 g
4. All purpose flour 200 g
5. Boiled Condensed Milk ( I made caramelized condensed milk at home, by boiling the jar for 3 hrs) you can purchase caramelized milk 1 can
6. Pinch of Salt
Instructions:
1. Beat 200 grams of softened butter with sugar, then add eggs, mix, add flour, and knead a uniform dough, similar in consistency to pancake batter.
2. Preheat the waffle maker and pour about 50 ml of the batter into the center, close it, and cook for 3–4 minutes until the batter turns golden brown.
3. Immediately roll the hot waffle into a roll, using a special metal tube. If you don’t have one, you can wrap a pencil with several layers of foil to achieve the desired thickness. Act quickly as the waffle loses its flexibility and becomes brittle once it cools. Prepare all the batter this way.
4. For the cream, beat the boiled condensed milk with the remaining butter and transfer it to a pastry bag.
5. Fill the waffle rolls with cream on both sides. The waffles should be cooled; otherwise, the cream will start to melt and run. Enjoy
