Info from Licensor: "My dog has had a tough year. He was diagnosed with Cushings disease, lost sight in his right eye, and was discovered to have a heart murmur. Now, just last week he was diagnosed with diabetes. We give him two shots of insulin a day now. Earlier this year I didn’t think he would make it, so I wanted his birthday to be extra special. This is the 5th year we’ve done this tradition where he gets the amount of toys according to his age."
