Here is the recipe for my "Inflammation/digestive Shot"
4 - lemons
4 - Oranges
5 oz chunk of Ginger root - peeled and sliced into chunks. It's okay if some of the peel is still there.
3-5 Turmeric roots - peeled and sliced up into chunks
Juice the lemons and oranges
Put the juice in a blender with the chunks of ginger and turmeric root.
Blend
Strain through a metal strainer to get the pulp out
Store in a quart jar in the fridge.
Drink 1-2oz every day on an empty stomach.
Yummy!
