C-130 Hercules: The MIGHTY HERC!

The C130 Hercules is an American four-engine MILITARY TRANSPORT AIRCRAFT which currently serves a number of the world’s militaries, including: the US Air Force, Royal Air Force, Royal Australian Air Force, Royal Canadian Air Force, Greek Air Force and Spanish Air Force, amongst many, MANY others! First flown in 1954, the C-130 has proved itself in many combat theatres globally, in addition to its success in humanitarian and civilian operations, partly due to its ability to utilise unprepared strips for landing and take-off. To celebrate this legend of the skies, today’s aviation art release depicts a SPANISH C-130 HERCULES climbing into the blue skies above Southern Spain. Enjoy!
