PSALM 63 - THIRST FOR THE DIVINE

Lyrics inspired by Psalm 63: In a dry and weary land, I seek Your face,
No water can quench, only Your grace.
Your power and glory, none can replace,
In the sanctuary of dawn, I embrace.

Thirst for the Divine, my soul yearns for You,
Your love, better than life, forever true.
Lips singing praises, rising like morning dew,
With hands uplifted, in worship anew.

On my bed, I remember, dreams filled with light,
Under Your wings, I find refuge from night.
Your right hand upholds, in the fiercest fight,
Your presence, my strength, my heart's purest delight.

The king shall rejoice, in God's name he'll sing,
False lips silenced, truth's bell will ring.
For the love of the Lord, is an endless spring,
A river of joy, to which all souls cling.
