Brett Sutton was Chief Medical Officer for the Australian state of Victoria until July 2023. He recommended lockdowns, masks, social distancing, business closures and vaccines as protective measures against becoming ill from an airborne virus. He compared getting your booster dose, to recharging your telephone.

Reports are that he is moving into a private role for a corporation involved in producing mRNA products.

Brett Sutton's sister in law is Jane Halton, a participant at Event 201 in New York in October 2019, where ways to enforce these new-style "public health" measures onto entire populations in the event of a Coronavirus pandemic, should one coincidentally happen, were practiced. This is what Event 201 have to say about her:

Jane Halton, AO, PSM, FAICD, FIPPA, is a member of the board of the ANZ Bank, Clayton Utz, the Australian Strategic Policy Institute, and the US Institute of Health Metrics and Evaluation. She is chairman of the Coalition for Epidemic Preparedness Innovations [a Gates Foundation initiative], COTA, and Vault Systems. Her 33-year career in the Australian public service included nearly 15 years as Secretary of the Department of Finance and Secretary of the Department of Health and Ageing.

Previously, she was Executive Co-ordinator (Deputy Secretary) of the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet. She has extensive experience in health policy and delivery, the delivery of the Australian government budget, and the management and performance of Australian government agencies.

Ms. Halton has held a number of significant roles in global health governance, including as chair of the board of the World Health Organization (WHO), president of the World Health Assembly, and chair of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) health committee.

Trevor Sutton sits on the advisory committee of the Institute for Health Metrics & Evaluation (IHME). The IHME has a history of receiving funding from the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation.
In 2016, the ABS’s data collection and survey systems was awarded to Accenture who is in direct partnership with Gates’ ID2020 project and GAVI (another global vaccine alliance).
Ms Halton is a Director of Crown Resorts, which was the Covid-19 quarantine facility in Victoria.
