US Appeals Court Upholds Illinois Gun Ban Claiming No 2nd Amendment Protection for “Assault Weapons”

Using the Bruen decision which destroyed Democrat gun grabbing bans, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld Illinois gun grabbing ban claiming “assault weapons” have no Second Amendment protection. This is when Democrats are specifically targeting AR-15s with the gun ban and in Bruen they were specifically stated to be protected under it.
