this time we are cooking lamb loin cut marinated Argentinian style charcoal bbq

Marinate:
juice of 1 orange
1 manderine
2 lemon or lime
1 finely grated red onion
4 cloves of garlic finely chopped
tablespoon of fresh origano
teaspoon of red chilli flake
teaspoon of peppercorn
salt

chimichurri sauce:

1 cup of parsley
2 cloves of garlic
2 green chilli
1/4 cup vinegar
tablespoon of fresh oregano
chilli flakes
and salt
