“When I say, ‘Do your inner work,' it's in real life and real-time but it's also taking responsibility for your sovereignty. Have a disciplined breath practice in the morning or maybe have a reflective practice at the end of the day to sit with yourself for ten minutes in stillness and silence to think about it. Ask yourself, ‘What could I have done better?', ‘Could I have treated people differently?', ‘How did I speak to myself today?', and pause so that the likelihood of that playing out in real-time when you’re in a more reactive state is going to be higher.”
