Further in my collection of Hasidic ads, this one is not for a business but for community organizing. It is a push to get people to vote, in fact, no matter for whom!

There's a myth that the big bad Hasidic Rebbe tells everyone whom to vote for. But the reality on the streets is so much more complicated -- as the saying goes: two Jews, three opinions. Everyone has at least one opinion, and the population doesn't just stupidly follow marching orders. Rather, the reason for voting together is to combine votes in order to move the needle in the interest of the collective. As you can see in this ad, people are being convinced to vote, not just told to vote. And here, the argument they are making is that a strong showing at the voting booth will show that the community has a big, engaged voting public. So it's not about who to vote for, but simply to vote!
