Is the entire country now run on fake "Customer Care?" From the corridors of public office through to multinational companies. Crap service is now smoothed over by a team of fixed grin "Customer Care" agents. They act as an impenetrable barrier to prevent the public getting anywhere. Serious complaints are trivialized by over the top false politeness. The idea is to keep the public going around in ever decreasing circles until they eventually give up!
