Settler violence has 'escalated dramatically' - U.N.

Liz Throssell, spokesperson for the Office of the U.N. High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) raised concerns about the escalation of violence in the West Bank where 132 Palestinians, including 41 children, have been killed, most by Israeli forces and eight by Israeli settlers.
