Israeli legal experts demand Hamas release hostages

A news conference organized by Israel's Hostages and Missing Persons Families Forum in Tel Aviv on Friday (November 3) was attended by relatives of hostages as well as legal experts who said that Hamas committed war crimes and possibly genocide. "The brutal, premeditated attack, the kidnapping of civilians in their own homes constitutes gross violations of international law as well as the gravest violations of international criminal law," said Dr. Shelly Aviv Yeini, a member of the group's international law team.
