Bublegum Barbie and Daddy WarBux watch The Superdeep, a movie inspired by Sarah French. This Russian movie baited us into thinking it was a typical zombie movie, but then the writers drank a bottle of vodka and we got an off-the-rails body horror film with some Lovecraftian influences. Part The Thing, part Event Horizon, part The Last of Us, The Superdeep sucked us in right up to the satisfying climax. Is The Superdeep the perfect film to start Trash O’ween, or have we just forgotten what it’s like to watch a good movie? You decide.
