Chicken Barra with delicious and creamy gravy

Chicken barra is a roasted chicken which can be enjoyed by itself or served with a creamy gravy which elevates its taste. This dish can be eaten with roti , naan, tandoori roti or chapati.

Ingredients for Chicken 1st marination:
1 kg chicken
1 lemon juice
1/2 tsp salt
let it rest for 10-15 minutes.

Ingredients for 2nd marination:
bunch of coriander leaves
4 green chillis
2 fried medium onions
1/2 cup yogurt
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp garam masala powder
2 tsp chat masala
1 tsp roasted and crushed kasuri methi

Ingredients for gravy:
oil
butter
1 cup fresh cream
1/2 tsp chat masala
