Look at the cinematic filming with a stabiliser. Look at the super clean, modern and empty hospital halls with a million doctors. Look at how the cameraman knows exactly where to be. Notice the awful acting.

If there is a "genocide" happening, why does this hospital seem not busy whatsoever, and why are they all so worked up over one person if supposedly thousands die every day?
