How to make Healthy Cinnamon Apple Chips

You don't need a Food Dehydrator to make delicious healthy Cinnamon Apple Chips, just use your Oven. A great Snack, you could also sprinkle them with Pumpkin Spice, Ginger, Nutmeg or leave them plain.

Cinnamon Apple Chips
Ingredients:
3 Cosmic Crisp Apples
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
3 cups Water, cold
Cinnamon

Add Lemon Juice to Water.
Use Mendoline, carefully slice Apples as thin as possible, remove Seeds.
Place Slices in Lemon Water to prevent oxidation.
Line Baking Sheets with Parchment Paper.
Preheat Oven 200° F
Dry Apple Slices with Kitchen or Paper Towel.
Sprinkle with Cinnamon on both sides.
Place in single layer, not touching on Baking Sheet.
Dry Apple Slices for 1 hour 15 min.
Flip Chips over, continue drying for another 1 hr. 15 min. or until crisp.
Chips will get firmer when cooled.

(Tip: Store in airtight Container, if you don't consume them the same day and Chips are not that crisp anymore, just place them shortly in the Oven on low temp)
