🛣 Highway & Road Improvements (Statewide) Hawai'i's roadways are the lifeblood of our communities. We've secured $8,000,000 for engineering design services. Our vision is for safer, more efficient highways, and this is the first step towards achieving that goal.
✈ Harbors Division Modernization (Statewide) Modernization is the key to a vibrant maritime industry. With $2,500,000, we'll bolster the Harbors Division's Modernization Program, ensuring Hawai'i remains a hub for commerce and travel.
🌉 Bridge Scour Mitigation (Statewide) Safety is paramount, and bridge scour mitigation is crucial. We've allocated $400,000 for planning and design to make our bridges more secure.
🚶 Pedestrian Crossing Lighting Improvements (Statewide) We care about your safety. $800,000 has been earmarked for the design of pedestrian crossing lighting improvements, making walking safer across the islands.
