Cyberpunk2077 Phantom Liberty Nomad Ep13 - Maelstrom Street Party (No Commentary)

I'm still wondering if the random world event where Maelstrom has a roadblock of burning cars was meant to be used in greater detail.

They don't really appear to do anything other than sit idle while occasionally shoot a weapon into the air. They don't engage with anyone unless engaged, so maybe there was meant to be another trigger of some sort that would show some cut or unused content?
