Pumpkin Elderberry Muffins

Hey all!! Sorry it's so late!!! Hope you all enjoy regardless!! Hope you all had a happy Halloween and enjoy Thanksgiving!
RECIPE:
Pumpkin Muffins:
1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Elderberry Glaze:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon elderberry syrup
water to thin out the mixture (optional)
