Bodycam: Britney Spears Pulled Over for Speeding, Cited for Driving with No License or Insurance

Bodycam footage shows pop star Britney Spears being pulled over for going over 60 mph in a 45 mph zone in September. The California Highway Patrol fined the “Toxic” singer for driving without her license or proof of insurance. According to law enforcement, Spears paid the citations. She was not cited for speeding.
