Storm Shield Forecast morning update 10/12/17

Expect sunny skies and valley highs in the mid-70s, well below our average of 81 for this time of year. But with that flow of fresh air comes wildfire smoke from the fires raging in the Napa Valley, so we have an Air Quality Alert in effect through tomorrow for the south valley. The mountains are even cooler today, with highs just in the 60s today and winds 15-25 mph. That takes our desert highs down to the 70s as that wind flows through.
