What is prediabetes? Prediabetes is a common condition that is marked by higher-than-normal blood sugar levels. According to the CDC, more than one in three Americans have the condition. If it is allowed to progress, it puts you at risk of developing type 2 diabetes.

In this video, I explain how to tell if you have prediabetes and what you can do to prevent it from progressing.
