This fish recipe is one of my favorite recipes. Creamy and sour cream sauce with white wine is incredibly delicious. Everyone loves this recipe and I'm so excited to make it for the whole family. I often make this for friends and family because they love it so much. It is very easy to prepare, so anyone can do it. Just follow the simple steps and voila, dinner is ready and everyone is happy. recipe and ingredients
00:00 Recipe 1:
Marjoram.
Oregano.
Smoked Peppers.
Olive oil.
Salt.
cod fillet.
Salt.
Pepper.
Butter.
Milk.
2 onions.
Butter.
Fry the fish on both sides.
Fry onion.
Add 50ml white wine.
Evaporate the wine.
6 tomatoes.
Dill.
Sour cream 300 ml.
Let the sauce simmer on low heat for 5 minutes.
Add sugar to taste if your sour cream is sour.
07:15 Recipe 2:
4 cloves of garlic.
olive oil 2 tbsp
Sauté the garlic over low heat until soft.
Take the garlic out of the pan.
Finely chop the parsley.
Add parsley to garlic.
Grate the parsley and garlic well.
Put 400 g of seafood in the pan.
Fry seafood over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
Chop 1 onion.
Finely chop 3 peppers.
Put in the pan.
Paprika 1 tbsp
Thyme.
Fry on medium heat for 5 minutes.
½ cup 120 ml dry white wine.
Evaporate the alcohol.
Black pepper.
1 cup 220 ml tomato sauce.
1 cup 220 ml vegetable stock.
Salt to taste.
Add parsley with garlic.
Cod fillet 600 g
Salt.
Pepper.
10 ground almonds.
Place the cod fillets in the pan.
prepare rice.
Put the seafood in the pan.
Mix.
Cook for 10 minutes on low heat.
Add parsley.
Serve hot with garnished rice.
