Making eggless recipes are often difficult as finding the substitute is worrisome. But these cookies recipe is very simple and gives perfect chewiness and crispy edges. You can use frozen raspberries, dried or freeze-dried raspberries. Everything works fine, I prefer using chocolate chunks rather than chocolate chips. The size of the cookie depends on how you like. BUt big cookies gives the feeling of having a bakery-style cookie.
