We thank you for your participation in another FHRA, Inc. auction. It is vital that you familiarize yourself with the terms and conditions as all sales are final, without contingency and irrevocable. The terms of sale are non-negotiable. Bid deliberately and with care, happy bidding!

Registration at the auction (via online and/or in person) finalizes each bidder's agreement to the terms and conditions of sale as stated in the Contract and its Addenda which are incorporated by reference into your bidding. Do not bid until you have read the terms and conditions. By bidding you are representing that you have read and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions for this sale as stated herein. DO NOT BID unless you have registered, received a Bidder's Card or paddle number and have read and agreed to be bound by the terms of sale in the Contract as they are enforceable against you upon becoming a high bidder.

No Buyer's Premium will be added at this auction.

Property tax will be prorated for the current tax year. The buyer may receive said tax bill in the mail. If that is the case, please contact FHRA or the seller to ensure that the bill has been paid.

This property is to be sold by the confines of a survey completed in 2023.

There is no septic system on the property that could be confirmed.

Closing: No later than 45 Day closing, sold in As-Is condition, no contingencies expressed or implied.
