Just explored the new Altman Brothers office and met some amazing people today at the Martingale OpenHouses San Juan Capistrano.. Open houses are a great way to connect with buyers and get to know other agents in the area. I think subliminally people want to buy a lot of them coming to OpenHouses, but they just don’t think that it’s possible.

The combination of the permanent Buydown and temporary Buydown is where it’s at!
