1/2 onion
1/2 rib of celery
1/2 hot pepper
0.240 kg cooked crab
1/2 lemon juice
5-7 cubes of butter
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of black pepper
Wrapped in filet de sole fish
Baked 400F -200C for 18-25 min
