5 ABS exercises you need to be doing 💥

Abs exercises like these are a great way to build core strength and muscle in your torso area!

Try these 5 exercises and make sure they’re a part of your workout routine.

👊Flutter kicks
👊Hand reach crunches
👊Bicycles
👊Leg raises
👊Knee wipers

You can do 30s each of each with 10s rest between exercises and do 3-5 sets for a good little workout that you can do anywhere!
