Maine issued statewide alert for Lewiston gunman weeks before mass shooting

Police had been warned that Robert Card planned a shooting at a military base weeks before he killed 18 people in Lewiston, Maine. NBC News’ Ken Dilanian reports that Card tried to purchase a silencer months before the attack but was denied and speaks about the statewide alert that was previously issued.
