Ingredients and preparation:

1.3 kg capelin (or other small fish: herring, anchovies)
4-5 slices of white bread
Parsley
mint
1-2 cloves of garlic
Zest of 1 lemon (optional)
Juice of 1/2 lemon
About 1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt
Black pepper
The consistency should be moist and crumbly (but not mushy)
tomato
Olives
olive oil

500-600g potatoes
vegetable oil
1 onion
250 g mushrooms
1 clove of garlic
Green onions and parsley
