Stranger Swings is a new concept where we demonstrate two kettlebell workouts in one session. You can decide whether you want to follow Angie (Workout B) or Gregory (Workout A).

Workout A

1. TGU
2. Push Press
3. Low Windmill

Workout B

1. Clean & Jerk
2. Staggered Deadlift
3. Dead-Squat

All exercises unbroken
2 minutes per exercise
If no reps are specified, split volume equally between L&R
4 rounds total
