🇵🇸🇮🇱Top news for this hour on the Palestinian-Israeli conflict:

- 110 medical workers have been killed in Gaza since the start of the Israeli offensive, the enclave's health ministry said. This brings the total number of Palestinian casualties to over 7,300;

- Israeli Defence Minister Galant said he would meet the families of those abducted by Hamas for the first time tomorrow;

- He also said that the country has entered a new phase of the war and that the operation will continue until a new command is in place;

- Philip Lazzarini, Commissioner-General of the UN Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA), is unable to contact most of his teams in Gaza and describes the situation there as "hell on earth";

- Some 5,000 US troops took part in the Israeli operation last night, Hezbollah claimed, citing sources. There was no comment from either Israel or the US on these figures;

- Palestine says it is in talks with Starlink to restore communications in Gaza. Musk said the company would work with internationally recognised organisations to help the enclave;

- Saudi Arabia's foreign ministry called for an immediate halt to Israel's ground operation;

- A rally in Istanbul in support of Palestine attracted 1.5 million people, Erdogan said. Turkey is preparing to declare Israel a war criminal over its actions in Gaza.
