Maine's Yellow Flag Laws and Why They Didn't Work

Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses the recent tragic and horrible events which took place in Lewiston, Maine but today we focus on the laws which were designed to prevent something like this and why they didn't work. We focus on Maine's Yellow Flag laws, which are a compromise between Red Flag laws and something far more resembling due process.
