It is not yet clear who is developing the QFS or when it will be fully functional. Nesara and Gesara are conspiracy theories that have been circulating on the internet for several years. According to Snopes, "Nesara" is short for the "National Economic Security and Reformation Act" and "Gesara" is short for the "Global Economic Security and Reformation Act." Both theories suggest that these secret laws will bring about sweeping economic and political changes, including the abolition of the Federal Reserve, the forgiveness of credit card debt, and the return of the United States to a gold-backed monetary system.
There is no evidence that either Nesara or Gesara exist as actual laws or policies, and the claims made about them have been discredited by fact-checkers and financial experts. According to the Federal Reserve, "There is no credible evidence to support claims that a secret act of Congress, known as NESARA or GESARA, exists."
The origins of these conspiracy theories are unclear, but they have been circulating in various forms on the internet since the late 1990s. Despite the lack of evidence, proponents of these theories continue to spread false information and make predictions that have not come true.
