The topic is Emotional ad Spiritual Energetic Aura Dumping: Getting Boundaries

I will delve in to why this phenomenon is so rampant amongst todays world, what happens energetically, emotionally and spiritually when this happens, why some people just LOVE to blame others for their own behaviour and how really owning your own auric energy and saying NO to energy dumping is helping you AAND the said dumper.

Sometimes- when we are used to acting a certain way we can get very upset when someone no longer allows that behaviour. By getting boundaries with our auric energy and feeling confident in saying no we are setting the tone and standard for what we will accept and we are letting the other person know "what is the go" when it comes to your energy. Confronting and sometimes highly triggering for the other person, you are really acting in YOUR highest light and asking this person to "step it up"- this is helping YOU and them ( even if this person does not like it)

Looking forward to this one immensly- its can be highly empowering to start "taking back" your aura from others energetic dumping!
