MOTIVATION: Glow-up - for the Ladies!

MOTIVATION: GLOW-UP: FOR THE LADIES

“I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well” – Psalm 139:14

GLOW-UP - for the Christian Woman:
Instead of being self-centered and vain - choose things that are uplifting and encouraging - Things that will help you to become more Christlike.

Put God first - Glorify Him - Let Christ dwell in you richly - Remember, "We have the mind of Christ" - Employ more Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self-control - (The fruit of the Spirit).

CHRISTIAN "GLOW UP" - This doesn't mean simply reading the Bible and praying.
Here are some ideas.
1. Review your mindset
2. Stop worrying!!! Remember, it is written, Fear Not! for I am With you!!!
3. Stop focusing on the negative!
4. Choose to walk by faith.
5. READ READ READ... your Bible! Try listening to it on the Bible App. I recommend David Suchet and the NIVUK.
6. Listen to more worship music - This is a VERY positive and helpful alternative for your mind and heart.
7. Affirm yourself in Christ and in the written word - Speak declarations over yourself.
8. Speak life over yourself!!
9. Focus your mind on the Promises of God - and Godly thoughts.
10. Stay AWAY from RELIGIOUS LEGALISM.

It is written - “Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;” – 2 Corinthians 10:5

11. Exercise - Yeah, make the commitment to yourself - This is a Great Thing to do. Pray about it.
12. Eat right. Study up - and follow me (and all my platforms, for more info).
13. FOR SURE THIS!!! Treat your body with respect.
14. Fornication NO. (1 Corinthians 6:18-20)
15. Self-harm NO.

It is written - “What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own?” – 1 Corinthians 6:19

16. Focus on Christ Jesus - "Eyes on Jesus" is my battle-cry.
17. Focus on God above and not the way the world thinks.
18. I've said this already, but again, read your Bible.
19. Pray continually - Read (or listen to) your Bible all the time.
20. Attend Church - Find a Church Home - Pray about this, and don't accept Just Any-place.
21. Bible study group - Small Group - Find one. ( :
22. Speak the name of Jesus to others in a relational way - Always... Relational and Real.
23. Memorize scripture - Focus first and foremost...on doing this By Heart!!! and Not Legalistically.
24. Glorify God!
25. Walk by Faith in Life - with God, with others, and with yourself.

It is written - “But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you” – Matthew 6:33
