Gov. Scott visits Herbert Hoover Dike on Lake Okeechobee

Florida Gov. Rick Scott is visiting Lake Okeechobee on Monday, checking on the status of the Herbert Hoover Dike. Over the weekend, the lake exceeded 17 feet which exceeds the amount that engineers prefer when managing levels.
