The Golden Era BodyBuilders had the most aesthetic physiques by far. Guys like Arnold and Franco possessed physiques every man in the modern era would dream of having and it's because of the simplicity of the way they lifted that made them so special. They never over complicated the art of lifting like many science based optimal lifters do today.
