Easy baked oats recipe in 1 minute! Low calorie dessert for breakfast!. A very easy and healthy oats dessert. Mix everything and you will be satisfied with the result! A recipe suitable for everyone, including vegans!

Ingredients for 2 servings( 2 pcs ramekin 9 x 5 cm):

60 g rolled oats / 0.6 cup(10.7 tbsp)
10 g almond flakes / 2 tbsp
30 g erythritol sweetener / 2.5 tbsp
160 ml plant milk / 0.67 cup
3 g baking powder / 0.63 ( ~ 3/4) US tsp
chocolate drops (optional)
bake for 20 minutes at 180° C / 356°F
