Take oats, strawberries and one lemon and make this wonderful dessert!
Strawberry oat crumble bars are the perfect treat for every ocasion, with a buttery crust, soft strawberry filling inside and a crunchy crumble on top. Everybody will ask for recipe!

Ingredients for about 9 servings:

Crust
100 g rolled oats
95 g flour
pinch of salt
80 g coconut sugar
3 g baking powder
115 g unsalted butter at room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
grease a 20 x 20 cm with butter and add baking paper

Strawberry Filling
300 g strawberries
add the peel of 1 lemon
30 g erythritol sweetener
8 g cornstarch

bake for 30-35 minutes at 180° C
