The Barbell Complex | Military Fitness Workout | Increase Muscle Endurance and Cardio

This is a great workout to implement into your workout routine to build muscle endurance and increase cardio without running.

The Barbell Complex:

6x of each (back-to-back) (I typically will do 4 rounds, beginners might start in the 1-2 round range)

dead lift
bent over row
hang power clean
front squat
push press
back squat
push ups

It hurts so good! Happy lifting! 💪
