Border Patrol for Treason!

In this episode, we play a video of U.S. Border Patrol cutting and removing razor wire placed by the U.S. National Guard in Texas and then allowing illegal immigrants to pass into Texas without detaining them. Is this treason under the constitutional definition? Will it be treason under the future System? Why is the U.S. Border Patrol composed of majority hispanic Americans?
