Ingredients

All Purpose Flour 260 gm - 2 cups
Baking Soda 4 gm - 1 tsp
Baking Powder 6 gm - 1 1/2 tsp
Salt 2 gm 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon powder 2 gm - 1 1/2 tsp

Eggs 4 Large at room temperature
Granulated Sugar 300 gm - 1 1/2 cup
Vanilla Extract or powder 8 gm - 2 tsp
Vegitable Oil 240 ml - 1 cup
Carrot 340 gm - 2 1/2 cup
Mix Dry Nuts 150 gm
Orange Zest 1 tbsp

Pan Size
22cm or 24 cm

Bake In Preheated Oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes

Frosting
Cream Cheese 350 gm - 1 1/2 cup
Granulated sugar 100 gm - 1/2 cup
Dry Nuts for decoration
