FORMER JINJA TOWN CLERK, WAIDHUUBA CHARGED WITH ABUSE OF OFFICE

Former Jinja town Clerk, Waidhuuba Jofram, has been charged with two accounts of abuse of office and fraudulent procurement of a certificate of title which caused loss to government.
Waihduuba, who pleaded not guilty to all the offenses, was, however, granted bail of three million Shillings by Magistrate Asimwe Esther.
