Wasn't the update supposed to fix this?

Seriously, correct me if I am wrong but this was supposed to be addressed in the update that happened today right? For the record, this is on the One S but I heard one of the bug fixes was this very issue. Also, the white wall tires from TC2 still have a broken texture on them so... Not looking too good for the bug fixing at the moment.
