Crunchy Taco Bundt Cake is the perfect party food! It's easy to make, looks impressive, and is sure to be a hit with your guests. The crispy tortilla chip crust and the flavorful taco filling are a match made in heaven. Make it with low carb tortillas for a healthier keto-friendly option.
Ingredients:
Cooked Taco Ground Beef Meat
8 - 12 flour tortillas, cut into 4-inch wide strips ( we used low carb tortilla shells)
1-2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup crushed tortilla chips
Salsa, for serving
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Cook your ground beef to your taste.
Make Taco Bundt
~Spray a bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.
~Place the middle strips of tortilla in the bundt pan in a fanning pattern. Each tortilla strip should slightly overlap the previous strip.
You can layer based on your liking. This is one way you can:
~Sprinkle half of the cheddar cheese on top of the tortillas.
-Spread half of the ground beef mixture on top of the cheese.
~Place salsa on top of the ground on top of the cheese.
~Place the rest of the tortillas on top of the cheese in a fanning pattern.
~Bake for 25-30 minutes and they remove from bundt and enjoy.
It's like having Taco Bell's Crunchwrap! Yummy!
